It was edited by Marcin Blacha, and translated by Travis Currit and Borys Pugacz-Muraszkiewicz. Oh, and the cover is by Grzesiek Przybyś. It is titled "Matters of Conscience" and it continues Saskia's thread from "Witcher 2" videogame.
